Fit to the Core Pilates
Our aim at Fit to the Core Pilates is to provide open and friendly Pilates classes that focus on you, and your exercise goals. Our highly qualified instructor – with years of experience in physiotherapy, rehab and progressive exercise systems – is motivated to motivate you. This includes physio-specific Pilates which creates a foundation of strength that you can build over a lifetime.
This timetable is valid from January 2019 until further notice.
Pre-booking is required as classes are strictly limited to a maximum of 12 people.
Reformers classes are strictly limited to 5 people.
