There are many forms of Pilates. Are you a person that just wants core strength with a feel-good work out? Or might you have specific rehab needs to get you back to playing sport? Whatever the reason, we will progress you to achieve your goal.
Fit to the Core
Sinead has always felt there is a huge connection between exercise and mind: a strong mind leads to a strong body. In Sinead's opinion, the mind can get you through anything in life. She taught fitness classes for a long time before deciding to go back to college, where she studied physiotherapy in UL.
As part of her research while working in YMCA in Boston, she worked specifically on weight management programmes, gaining experience with weight lifters, ice-skaters and soccer players.
